Starting salary is $15 to $18 per hour, Monday through Friday, and it is a full-time position. You are going to be doing some appliance repair, but you will also be required to do basic tasks, such as touch-up painting, landscaping, etc.

This company is desperate for help and while it will include some maintenance repair, there is also the need for some electrical knowledge for the position. They are currently offering $20 to $28 per hour, full-time. The one requirement posted on the listing is that you are able to lift up to 75 pounds.

Another community job that is currently offering $17 to $22 per hour to start, but you must also be available to work on the weekends. In addition to appliance repair, you will also need HVAC, electrical, some construction, and plumbing experience. As we noted in some of the other positions above, this goes beyond basic appliance repair to include some property maintenance tasks. Starting salary is $37,200 to $47,100 per year, it is a full-time position, and you must be available to work on-call. There is also a possible performance bonus.
