Ready Restaurant Repair
Service Technician troubleshoots, inspects, installs, services, and repairs commercial grade restaurant kitchen equipment and HVAC equipment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES WHAT YOU WILL DO:• Professionally interact and engage with business clients to provide a positive customer experience• Manage daily customer service calls• Perform inspection and maintenance tasks on commercial kitchen equipment• Diagnose issues with Restaurant Equipment and provide accurate solutions• Diagnose issues with HVAC Equipment and provide accurate solutions• Complete repairs of commercial kitchen equipment• Complete repairs of HVAC equipment• Provide preventative maintenance checks,• Provide installation of equipment and parts• Effectively manage designated service routes in an efficient manner• Document service calls via the company designated electronic system• Promote and practice proper safety procedures• Perform other related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:• Graduated from High school graduate diploma, GED, or trade/business school (HVAC or Restaurant/Commercial Kitchen Equipment Experience)• Able to work Monday – Friday business hours with alternate weekends and on-call rotation• A strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills• Must be hot and cold trained – with Experience in preventative maintenance of refrigeration• Must be proficient with diagnosing, repair and install of fryers and ovens• Must be proficient with using mechanical and electrical hand or power tools• Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, and a focus on customer satisfaction• Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling 50lbs+• Must be able to working in kneeling, crouching, or bending positions – No physical constraints or restrictions• Basic computer and Smartphone basic skills• Must possess a valid driver’s license and with acceptable driving record• EPA Certified• Commercial Kitchen / Restaurant Equipment Experience• HVAC Experienced a plus – Certification is a Plus ++
