We are looking for EXPERIENCED candidates or APPLIANCE TECH GRADUATES with EXCEPTIONAL customer service for an Appliance Repair Technician position.

We are located in the beautiful state of Arizona and based in the Phoenix metro area.
Qualifications:• Experience Technician preferred but recent Graduate are welcome as well. You will be offered on job training with a seasoned technician to take you to the next level in your training.• Full Line Appliance Repair (most brands and most major appliances)• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, and driver’s license check• Must be enthusiastic and customer service focused• Ability to read, write, and speak English (bi-lingual always a plus)• Must be able to lift or maneuver 50 pounds and occasionally up to 125 pounds (we use oven lifts for the big stuff)
Responsibilities:• Accurately diagnose and repair home appliances to include Washers and Dryers, Gas and Electric Stoves, Microwave Ovens, Dishwashers, Trash Compactors, Garbage Disposers.• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction• Ability to communicate effectively – with customers, tech support, dispatch. routing and management.
