Why Dynamic? You have the potential to earn $70K-100K per year, plus a $1,000 sign on bonus after 90 days for qualified applicants. We provide a collaborative learning environment in which you can refine your skills, enhance your knowledge, and develop new personal and professional relationships. We offer on the job training with our field supervisor, and have several industry resources, files, schematics, service manuals and job aids to simplify the art of diagnosing and repairing today’s appliances. Recent graduates are welcome to apply. This is a commission based job with potential to become a W-2 employee.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
- Must have own truck and tools
- Must be able to obtain certificate of liability insurance
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Willing to be a team player
- Clean driving record
- Must pass background screen and drug test
