A skilled candidate for this position will be responsible to provide professional and courteous IN-HOME repair service on a variety of major brands and styles of appliances and HVAC equipment to our growing customer base throughout Northwest WI and into Duluth, MN.
Experience in repairing appliances is a MUST and we will train HVAC to the right candidate. We work on all major appliances in the home. You will be responsible to provide your own basic hand tools, we provide all specialty tools and equipment. A clean driving record and valid drivers license is required along with the candidate successfully passing a drug and background screening.
As a technician, frequent customer interaction is required. Soft vocal skills and kind-courteous professionalism is an absolute when interacting with any customer, potential customer, vendor, or fellow employee.
Normal working hours are Monday through Friday 7 am – 4 pm.
Overtime is required during busy times.
608 EPA license is preferred as is experience with Microsoft Excel and using the IPAD.
The right candidate will be provided a company service van stocked with parts and specialty tools. The Technician is dispatched from home in the morning via iPad to various service calls throughout the above mentioned area and then returns home at the end of the day.
Heavy lifting of 50+ lbs is encountered frequently in this position as is working in tight confined environments.
Work uniforms are provided and required for this position.
Depending on qualifications and experience, prior to hire, the candidate may be required to perform a skills assessment test to determine final eligibility to the position.

Pay: $41,400.00 – $57,500.00 per year
