Appliance and Refrigerator Repair 
Sears Home Services
Dallas. TX  

• Great hourly rates – $18 – $30 / hour base rate salary, depending on experience

Appliance Service Technician 
WASH Multifamily Laundry Systems
Dallas-Fort Worth, TX 

Possible $2,000 sign on bonus!  

What you’ll do: 

• Service washers and dryers at apartments, laundromats, hotels, athletic facilities, etc. 
• Disassemble machines and examine mechanical and electrical parts 
• Reassemble appliances, adjusts pulleys, and lubricate moving parts 
• Replace worn or defective parts and adjusts motors 
• Clean and wash parts 
• Advise dispatch department of equipment that should be replaced with new equipment 
• Drive a company vehicle to and from work locations 

What we’re looking for: 

• High School Diploma or GED 
• Good driving record 
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills 
• Must possess effective English communication skills (oral and written); bilingual communication skills (English and Spanish) are desirable 
• At least 2 years of mechanical experience and electrical knowledge and/or training 
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis and occasionally move 200 pounds or more with a dolly/hand truck 
• Prior washer/dryer repair experience is desirable

Appliance Service Technician

• Conduct diagnosis and in-home repairs in consumer’s homes on GEA’s major appliances 
• Promote and sell GE Appliances service contracts, water filters, and other products 
• Operate assigned service van to repair locations 
• Record all activities related to repairs, routes, and other activities 
• Attend trainings, meetings, and other events as required to expand and remain a knowledgeable expert in the repair industry 
• Required Qualifications: 
• · 1+ years of experience with appliance repair, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or property maintenance
• · Ability/experience diagnosing and repairing major appliances 
• · Excellent customer service and communication skills 
• · Have and maintain a valid state driver’s license and successfully complete background check, physical, and drug screen. 
• · Must have or be willing to obtain CFC Certification within 6 months.
