Seeking 2-5 YEARS EXPERIENCE

Prefer Refrigeration Experience
EPA Certification a PLUS!
Responsiblefordriving to customer homes, diagnose, repair or install all major brands of home appliances, such as refrigerators, ice makers, washers, dryers, microwaves and ovens.
Candidate should have hands on experience with Sub Zero, Maytag, GE, Whirlpool, Viking, Thermador etc. units – however similar type experience also considered.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Work a flexible schedule to possibly include rotating weekends, some evenings & Holidays
Valid Driver’s license, driving record subject to review;
Subject to a pre-employment background screening;
Physical ability to handle repetitive lifting and maneuvering of appliances
Ideal candidates will:
Have customer service and problem resolution skills;
Be flexible with daily scheduling and demonstrate a sense of urgency to meet customer time requirements;
Be safety oriented, punctual, mechanically inclined, reliable and have a passion for working in an environment where customer service is the primary focus.
Duties Include:
Looking up parts, ordering & checking emails and new assignments throughout the day using a laptop and/ or Smart phone
Communicating continuously with office & customers;
Writing up Service tickets & Invoices for each job and turning them into the office each week
Ordering parts for customers;
Maintaining truck stock inventory within company guidelines and standards;
Following truck maintenance schedule and keeping a clean, neat organized truck;
Adhering to all company policies, guidelines and procedures.
