We are seeking a new technician to add to our team. The position offers lots of flexibility. You can work as much or as little as you like. The position can start with a base hourly rate. But we prefer to pay commission. 30% after the cost of the parts. There is also the opportunity to be a subcontractor.
A technician who can perform sealed system repairs, and is willing to work full time can easily make over $100,000/year
We do NOT do any manufacturing warranty work, so all calls are COD premium price. No peanut warranty pay.
We have a high standard of quality customer service and we require everyone in the company to follow that standard.
Our service area covers the east and west suburbs of Cleveland. And down to Akron and Canton.
