Our Appliance Repair Technicians travel in fully equipped Mobile Repair Units and provide on-site diagnosis and repair.

Job requirements:• Complete Appliance Repairs with the highest standards• Drive company vehicle safely and responsibly to and from customer locations in a variety of situations including heavy traffic and inclement weather• Attend annual Workshops for professional development for you and your small team.• Achieve your annual labor goal• Maintain truck stock inventory within the prescribed company guidelines and standards• Complete all required OEM/brand technician training and proactively seek to remain an expert in the repair industry• Complete Training Certification for all applicable lines of business and appliance manufacturers• Update work order status on time• Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without noticeYou are a Good Fit if You Have

• Minimum of 1 years experience as an appliance repair technician, or HVAC tech, including sealed system proficiency• Mechanically minded• EPA (refrigerant handling) certification is required• Customer Service experience and ability to interact with the customer for extended periods• Ability to use basic hand tools and industry diagnostic and repair equipment (Volt-ohm meter, Amprobe, CO detector, etc.)• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record with at least 1 year of driving experience• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, organized, and results-oriented• Strong interpersonal skills, effective verbal, and written communications• Ability to establish priorities and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision• Positive attitude and dedication to teamwork• A comfort around dogs, cats, and other pets that may be present in the customers’ homes• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays• High school diploma or GEDWe Take Care of You

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an appliance repair technician or repair industry• EPA (refrigerant handling) certification is preferred or obtained within 90 days of being hired• Customer Service experience and ability to interact with the customer for extended periods• Ability to use basic hand tools and industry diagnostic and repair equipment (Volt-ohm meter, Amprobe, CO detector, etc.)• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record with at least 10 years of driving experience• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, organized, and results-oriented• Strong interpersonal skills, effective verbal, and written communications• Ability to establish priorities and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision• Positive attitude and dedication to teamwork• A comfort around dogs, cats, and other pets that may be present in the customers’ homes• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays• High school diploma or GED• Have leadership skills, Military, Team Sports, or Management experience.• Proficient in ServiceDesk or similar reporting systemsPerks
